I found this frustration in High school on into College as well. This frustration would be having to read up on topics I already know quite well. It makes the education process very boring. Case in point; I’m reading the book “ASP.NET 4.5.1 in C# and VB”, I am at “Chapter 5: Programming Your ASP.NET Web Pages” section “Data Types and Variables”. I am quite familiar with this topic and am not too keen on reading about the topic all over again. My quandary would be, if I skipped the sections I may be bored with will I miss something? I don’t know so I then go ahead and read the section boring the heck out of myself and not really absorbing the information like I should. This usually results in missing items they may have snuck in there and I don’t notice.
By the way this is a very good book and highly recommend it. It may say you can’t use Visual Studio Community 2015 with this I am not having any problems.
I spend the entire weekend playing Mine Craft. This must be the laziest weekend I have spend since I moved to OK. Now time to get to work. Different week, same o’le crap.
I have Compiled a quick list of the items I must purchase prior to or just after the move I am making 10/21/2016. It is a change and I am trying to look forward to it but it does put down some sort of roots here but I’m not buying a house! If I find the need or desire to in the future I can easily sell everything and return to Seattle or move to Dallas or wherever. I’m sure the list will grow but I think I have captured everything so far.

After looking at The Edge, a couple in Broken Arrow I found a place not on my list. On the way home Wednesday looking at a couple very nice places in rather huge apartment complexes I notices a smaller complex just before we made the turn to get on the freeway. It is called Stonehaven Villas and they had a nice one bedroom for 671.00/month. This would be close to 850.00 per month less than I pay now. I will be able to start saving some serious money, close to 1000.00/1100.00 per month.
I decided to make a drastic change in my life. I am going to move form Owasso, OK to Downtown Tulsa, OK.
I have always wanted to live downtown and this is an opportunity for me to fulfill a dream. I only need to sign a year lease to learn what it is like and if I prefer the burbs I’ll move again in a year.
I found a nice place yesterday call ‘The Edge’. They started leasing in June and look very nice but I decided to take at least a month to look around and then decide.
I think I may have mentioned a bit ago that after spending ~8 years working on paying off debts including all of my hospital bills from the heart attack, left over credit cards from my marriage and other stupid credit cards I applied for and was approved so I can reestablish my credit, after taking care of all of that I now have zero debt and a credit score of 0, ‘F’, very poor. How freaking stupid is that. To make a long story short, I decided to try shooting for the moon and I applied for an American Express Gold card, not expecting anything to come of it and lo and behold I was approved! I get my new card in a day or so and will use it to pay rent at the hotel. When they charge my card I will pay it off within a day or two. I got the AMEX card because it is a ‘Charge’ card and not a ‘Credit’ card. I want nothing to do with Credit ever again.
